I’ve been following for some time, Al-Akhbar, a new Arabic left-leaning Lebanese daily that was launched following the end of Israel’s war on Lebanon. It’s run by the veteran Lebanese journalist Joseph Samaha, with contributers including Ziyad Rahbani.

I don’t have more details at the moment.

More than 27,000 people in 25 countries were asked if torture was acceptable if it could provide information to save innocent lives.
