Journalist and friend Ali Zalat ran a frontpage story at Al-Masry Al-Youm, with photos from the latest Interior Ministry video productions, of the woman murder suspect being tortured to extract a confession…
Ali also had a Q&A interview with Wael Abbas, the digital master of the Egyptian blogosphere, credited with leaking most of the torture videos. Click on Wael’s pic below to read the interview in Arabic.

Wael has been coming under another wave of attacks from the Interior Ministry and its cronies, who’ve been spamming his blog in an attempt to defame him. Wael rediculed such attacks and how much time spent by the security on monitoring those “terrorist bloggers,” by posing with a plastic M-16, as the “Mulla Wael Abbas, who’s hiding in Cairo’s Downtown’s caves.”
The photo is expected to confirm the Egyptian security services’ worst nightmare– that the bloggers’ 30th of February Organization (formerly known as Retards For Change) and its armed wing, the Brigades of the Martyr Malek Mustafa, are indeed stockpiling arms, and recruiting volunteers to the jihad in Omraneyya.
