The Lebanese resistance group Hizbollah, and its leftist and Christian allies, have launched a general strike since the morning in Lebanon, escalating their struggle against the Fouad Sinioura government which is supported by the US, Mubarak and the Arab regimes. The protestors blocked the streets, and set fire to rubber tyres. Clashes broke out in several neighborhoods, as the fascist Lebanese Forces gangs are provoking street fights, and assaulting the protestors.
