I also did not find a new entry for human shields on the B'Tselem web site. I may have missed it as I was checking the English language site and as I find their site a bit awkward, but I also checked the video and testimonies sections (though I can not watch internet videos, so again could have missed it.) All to say: I would prefer a more specific source. I did not see a date or specific reference in the al-Jazeera article for the video or statement.
