My main take against the guide is that it focuses on broad legalities. This could have been left to the local expertise. Steve as a journalist could have helped bloggers with more solid writing, the skills a journalist can add. In all cases, very general remarks such as “learn to use your camera effectively” is not really helpful.

I hope that Stephen uses this as a seed for a wikified guide that bloggers and journalists would write themselves.
