Hosni has a lot of catching up to do! Also, Ali Abdullah Saleh has funnier slogans under his picture. Aside from the vacuous لا للتطرف نعم للاعتدال ("No to extremism, yes to moderation") I especially liked the surreal, cryptically menacing, Orwellian الديمقراطية ليست وسيلة للمزايدة والابتزاز ("Democracy is not a means of one-upmanship and extortion") Maybe there should be a contest for "best poster or billboard showing the head of state wearing sunglasses with an absurd slogan written underneath".
