Police tortures, sexually abuses lawyer

A lawyer claims being tortured and sodomized, police denies accusations:
In a new episode in the series of the torture in police stations, a police station adjutant in Shoubra al khyama police station and 10 of his aids (called detectives) tortured Ahmad Abdel Aziz (51yrs) a laywer.
The victim suffered severe injuries and sexual harrassments and was moved to Matarya educational Hospital.
The victim’s medical report says he suffered bruises on both sides of the face and injuries on the head and traces of abuse.
He said, he was taken to police station after an argument with a microbus driver on the fare. The captain Ashraf Morgan the police station adjutant scolded him for asking for the remaining fare from the driver, and started cursing him and ordered his aids to force him off the bus.
They did as ordered and beat him up. then they took him again on the bus and to the station on a trip through which he was beaten up severly.
In the station the torture party went on ,, and the aids constantly “put their hands in my arsehole and tied me up”.
Some lawyers rushed to the stations after knowing and the offucer called him to his office and tried to apologize to him but he collappsed and was rushed to hospital.
Meanwhile Morgan denied all charges and said they were all “hideous lies” and that the lawyer (victim) was treated in a very decent manner after he was taken to te station after a fight with the driver. One of the aids was beaten up by him, he added.
He said that the laywer apologized for beating up the aid and for his bad temper as he is diabetic and that was the reason for the bad temper.
