The main point here is: “This company is ours” and “The union is the cause” (that is obviously a yellow union, appointed as the interviewees said).
The first point, in my opinion, should develop to an occupation and expropriation of the company (like what has been happening in Brazil, Argentina and Venezuela).
The second point should be resolved by the workers setting up an assembly and directly elect their managers who should be recallable and should not receive a higher wage than what a skilled worker gets.
