The metal scene is making a revival nowadays in Egypt, after it was dealt an almost fatal blow by Mubarak’s pigs’ crackdown in 1997, kidnapping metallians from the streets and from their homes, abused them in custody, and fabricated Satanism charges against them, backed by a retarded religious establishment and a sensationalist state-owned media reporting, in what to be considered the stupidest moralist campaign launched by the Mubarak’s regime to distract the attention of the public from the shit they are living under, as well as to appease the Islamist opposition….

Any rock/metal band in Egypt who is looking for an outlet to broadcast your music, don’t hesitate to send me some mp3s and a brief bio of the group, and I’ll be more than happy to play your music on the blog… What would please me even more is that you go ahead, launch your website and upload your music on MySpace..
