The entire university decided this together, therefore the university no longer buys anything coca cola (including bottled water and other drinks). however, AUC has an office in New York because AUC is an American University. It's accredited by American accreditation organizations and therefore has to meet certain standards...US standards. It walks a very thin and tricky line with it's position, but that's why it has an office in New York. Just in case you were wondering. @yaman:
