   thats the sound track of Le Fabuleux destin d Amelie Poulain movie ! or maybe close to it .. actually VERY CLOSE almost the same melody ..
   i liked the camera movements GEDAN!

   s.a, you’re close..it’s from “Goodbye Lenin” but the artist who did both soundtracks is the magnificent Yann Tiersen.
