After doing some photography work for the paper, I’m joining the Egyptian left-leaning daily el-Badeel as a managing editor.. I’m honored I’ll be working with a team of friends, comrades and acquaintances who have been playing a heroic role in covering the industrial action, social resistance as well as exposing police torture and government corruption…
I’m sure the time devoted for my own blogging and photography will be affected, but I expect I’ll be increasingly using micro-blogging tools like Jaiku and delicious for activism updates… So please subscribe to the RSS feed of my accounts…

The struggles of my Egyptian and Palestinian brothers and sisters is my struggle and the world needs to know the injustices perpetrated by the greedy lying evil ones disguised as democratic leadership whilst they slaughter children and old alike purely to feed their insatiable greed.
