		<description>I think opposition groups of all shades need to realise that to keep the reform process alive, they must learn to work within the framework, at least for the time being. We are at risk of seeing any push for reform come to a total standstill because everyone is up for leaps and bounds, when it is intrinsic that this will never happen.</description>
