F***ers! Where can we find details about the legislation?

This sucks. I’ll join in SP’s request: is the text of the legislation anywhere?

I’m trying to search for one. But in the meantime, the following report from Al-Masri Al-Youm includes the details of the new law: http://www.almasry-alyoum.com/article.aspx?ArticleID=21622
It’s in Arabic and full of “legal” expressions that I don’t know their accurate translation in English.
Can any Arabic-speaking reader give me a hand with this one? Cheers.
