The "wilayat" debate

There's been a little debate and a couple of interesting posts (here and here) over at Abu Aardvark on OBL's use of "wilayat" in his pre-election statement to Americams and MEMRI's implication that he meant that US states that support Bush would be attacked. Abu Aadvark responded to a comment I left him on the first post.
